Rated-flow chemical pumps of CPK series are the basis of the chemical pumps manufactured by KSB.  Pumps conform to Standards EN 22858/ISO2858/ISO 5199, established for chemical pumps in Europe. 
First of all, for pumps of CPK series there is a possibility of an extremely large selection of both materials and technical solutions.  
Pumps can be with both one and two mechanical shaft seals, equipped with pressurized or non-pressurized stuffing system, according to the customer’s wish.
According to the customer’s wish, in fact, it is possible to install any mechanical seal model available in the world, from any manufacturer at choice of the customer. 
Hydraulics of CPK pumps is the basis for most of KSB chemical pumps. It is possible to add a magnetic clutch to pumps – pumps of Magnochem-series. 
Magnochem
There is no shaft seal in these pumps, therefore complete leakage-resistance is ensured.
All KSB chemical pumps are built in the so-called module system,
any pump with mechanical shaft seals can be easily reconstructed into a pump with a magnetic clutch, main parts of different pumps are for the most part compatible. If necessary, it is also possible to order a pump with hydrodynamic sealing. 
As materials, malleable cast iron, steel, acid-resistant steel, and special steels are used.  
It is possible to get an impeller open, if necessary, for  hydraulics it is possible to get steam or liquid heating to pump suspended solids or, on the contrary, to cool a pump.

Tyachem
Tyachem
To pump particularly aggressive liquids, pumps of Tyachem series are manufactured.

Tyachem pumps are manufactured from malleable cast ironGGG-40.3

and from inside they are lined with plastic PFA, PVDF or PE-UHMW.

Lining thickness is minimum 3 mm.
As in CPK series, in the event of necessity, a magnetic clutch can be added.

A special type of canned pumps is chemical pumps of Exachem-series with the so-called wet rotor ("Canned pump").

Etaseco

These pumps are very similar to pumps with a magnetic clutch by their nature and operating properties. Both the rotor and the stator are covered separately with corrosion-resistant casing and the gap between two protective casings is filled up with pumped liquid.  

Mainly, this is the pump with a magnetic clutch of today’s more advanced alternative.

Since heat that occurs in the motor transfers to the liquid in the gap between the rotor and stator, the pump with such a construction cannot be used in case of very easily evaporative fluids. 

Pumps have explosion-proof Eexd motors, their peculiarity is a particularly silent operation.

Multistage self-priming pumps with a magnetic clutch.

Norex

Norex

Norex series pumps are by construction multistage peripheral pumps for chemical industry. They are used in places where multistage centrifugal pumps are suitable, but it is additionally required that the pump can fill up by itself. 

They are capable of pumping liquids with a very high content of gas, up to 70%.

They are used as vacuum pumps as well. 

As materials, gray cast iron, malleable cast iron, and acid-resistant steel are used.
