Mixing devices and flow agitators, recirculating pumps
Mixing devices and flow agitators
Amamix; Amaprop

Mixing devices and flow agitators are mainly used in denitrification processes in
wastewater treatment plants and to make water move so that to
avoid bottom deposits. They are also used to prevent bottom deposits in wastewater
pumping cleaners and in industrial processes where mixing is necessary.
Mixers are manufactured with a propeller with the diameter 215 – 2500 mm,
the motor power 1,0-16,0 kW and the impeller revolutions velocity 24-1400 r/min.
As materials, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel and gray cast iron are used.
The impellers are produced from acid-resistant steel, gray cast iron, polyurethane and glass fiber.
KSB offers six different installation methods for mixers, everything necessary for installation
can be ordered from the plant.
Depending on an installation method, as occasion requires, it is possible to lift, lower and turn mixers round both a horizontal and vertical axle.
Recirculating pumps
Amaline

Recirculating pumps are mainly used in wastewater treatment plants
for recirculation of denitrification water or active sludge.
In addition to this, they can also be used everywhere where it is necessary to pump
large flows at a very low head.
| Capacity (Q) | max. 1,5 m³/s |
| Head (H) | max. 2,0 m |
| Temperature | max. 40ºC |
Purification system of pools and wastewater tanks
Amajet

A stationary or portable jet pump is designed on the basis of a submersible wastewater pump and the Venturi throat nozzle for purification or aeration of big water reservoirs and wastewater tanks.
| Capacity (Q) | max. 195 m³/h |
| Power | 5,5-16 kW |
| Temperature | max. 40ºC |
