Pumps Movitec from mould stainless steel are the smallest multistage pumps in KSB product selection.

Pumps Multichrom of the so-called inline-type are manufactured with both vertical and horizontal methods of installation.

Pumps Movichrom are mainly used as booster pumps everywhere
where it is necessary to get high pressure at small flows.
It is possible to equip the motor with a built-in frequency converter.
 
As materials, stainless steel or acid-resistant steel are used.

On the base of pumps Movitec, booster pump stations Hya-Solo and Hyamat are manufactured by KSB.
Booster pump stations consist of one up to six pumps Movichrom. The set is equipped with a membrane hydropneumatic accumulator, an electrical board, automation and necessary piping accessories installed on a common supporting frame.
The set can be ordered equipped with a frequency converter.

Multistage overhung-type pumps

KSB has Multitec-series for bigger flows and heads.
The peculiarity of Multitec pumps is a very big choice of installation methods.
It is possible to order the pump as a horizontal overhung-type pump, a block-type pump, with a vertical position, with one or two shaft seals. To install in a more desirable direction with inlet and outlet flanges.

This is a horizontal multistage pump.
The pump maintenance is cheap and simple as external cooling water is not needed for the pump and there is only one shaft seal.

Multistage pumps of this construction are mainly used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry or food industry, in places where complete impermeability, hygiene or withstanding very high temperatures are required.

Deep-well pumps UPA, manufactured by KSB, are multistage centrifugal pumps.
UPA-series pumps can be installed, besides a vertical position, in a horizontal position (for instance, on a tank bottom) as well as in an inclined position, or it can be installed into a pipeline as a pressure pump.

By construction this is a multistage groundwater pump, which shaft is extended up to the ground surface and an actuator is a standard electric motor or a diesel drive.
 
The places of use are the same as for a submersible groundwater pump, nowadays it is more used as a fire pump and as an irrigation water pump as this pump can be directly connected to a diesel motor by means of belt transmission.

Multistage self-priming pumps.

AHR-series pumps are by construction multistage peripheral pumps. They are used in places where multistage centrifugal pumps are appropriate, but it is additionally required for the pump to be capable of filling up by itself. 
They are capable of pumping fluids with very high content of gas, up to 70%.
They are used as vacuum pumps as well.
 
As materials, gray cast iron, malleable cast iron, bronze and acid-resistant steel are used.
